Constantine is a Design Leader with a 20-year track record of delivering impactful business results in the face of evolving human behavior, technological advancements, and economic pressures. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Constantine has spent the last 15 years in Amsterdam heading Product Design at a leading AAA video game developer before working with top apparel brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and now adidas.
As a passionate advocate for user experience and mindful technology, Constantine speaks regularly at design and tech events. He believes that designers and product leaders hold a responsibility to shape the future of their brands and customers. At Tech for Fashion, Constantine shares his insights on the next big things in building industry-defining experiences for the D2C context and what those mean for design organizations and teams.

Just in a matter of two years, Lotta has helped Spinnova grow from MVP to IPO to building their commercial factory and working with global fashion brands like Adidas, The North Face and H&M Group.
Prior to Spinnova, Lotta founded and scaled her digital advisory – and after her successful exit, she has served on the boards of several startups and public companies.
Anne-Christine Polet

Anne-Christine Polet is a true pioneer of building a better, digital, more sustainable future for fashion. With an extensive background in Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, and Google, she currently leads Stitch, a SaaS startup that is changing how fashion works by digitizing the fashion value chain with 3D at the core. Having initially grown the business under the PVH brand, Anne-Christine has since launched Stitch's products externally.
At Tech for Fashion, she'll share her insights on combining technology with fashion expertise and commercial thinking to create digital solutions that help brands reinvent their value chain. Her particular passion lies within the ‘under the hood’ part of fashion – the end-to-end value chain. According to her, it still remains the underinvested and under-digitized piece in the fashion industry, while it holds immense opportunities: reducing waste, streamlining operations, and genuinely reinventing the way fashion works.

Shimo works as a solutions architect on company-wide tech initiatives at PVH, using his passion for solving customer problems to make PVH tech work better for its customers. At Tech for Fashion, he shares his thoughts on how to apply DORA research findings – popularized in the book Accelerate – to building high-performing tech teams, how to enable cross-team collaboration, and how to make remote work work.

Maria is Head of Product Design at Zalando, where she leads the Content Experiences design team working with the Zalando Fashion Store, as well as Recommerce and Partner Tech design teams. Driving the design of the best fashion inspiration to engage customers, Maria and her team have helped bring unique brand experiences to life on the Zalando platform with strategic partners such as Sephora and Nike and reimagine a new fashion discovery experience merging content and commerce with Highsnobiety. At Tech for Fashion, Maria will share her unique perspective on how to enable rich brand and storytelling experiences driving loyalty in the new, connected fashion retail ecosystem.

With 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Benjamin has overseen the implementation of digital strategies for companies with a strong digital mindset across several industries, including airline, sports, and retail. He is now leading the digital sell-in team at On, the world’s fastest-growing sportswear brand, focusing mainly on On’s virtual showroom and assortment planning app.
At Tech for Fashion, Benjamin will discuss the power of digital solutions in enhancing the sell-in experience while simultaneously increasing operational efficiency and sustainability. He will also highlight the benefits of digitizing the entire value chain with the use of 3D and how this approach can streamline operations across the entire business.
Stefanos Constantinou

Born and raised in Cyprus, Stefanos started his career at 16 as a TV presenter and a radio producer. After his studies and army service for two years, he entered the fashion world back in 2012 with Hypebeast in Hong Kong. After overseeing key global accounts and campaigns for the publication, he moved to Amsterdam to set up the European commercial hub for VICE Media Group. After 7.5 years at VICE and various roles across both the digital and the creative agency, Stefanos joined Highsnobiety to lead the expansion in Amsterdam while overseeing global partners. Since then, he’s developed Highsnobiety's commercial strategy, expanded the in-house creative consultancy and served as the Jury President for Brand Partnerships & influencers at the Dutch Creativity Awards.

James is a Partner at IDEO and Managing Director for IDEO Europe. He is a software engineer who has spent the last 25 years designing and delivering software on the internet almost exclusively in client service contexts. In that time he has worked with clients from numerous industries, from fashion retail to media to construction and just about everything in between. James has practiced Agile and related methodologies since the publication of the Agile Manifesto in February 2001 and has consulted with a diverse group of clients to help them adopt modern software development practices. At IDEO his practice is centred on the intersection of Business Strategy, Product Strategy and Technical Strategy. He has a particular focus on helping clients take action towards Net Zero.

In 2022, Olof “went viral” with his personal Wardrobe Diary, tracking the actual cost and environmental impact of his wardrobe. At Tech for Fashion, Olof shares his take on how sustainability, efficiency, and profitability can come together in fashion.
